This policy sets out exactly what data this site collects, why, and how long it is kept.

Processing is subject to Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and to the GDPR where the visitor resides in the European Union.
What we collect
This site collects data only when you deliberately submit the contact form. No profiling, no advertising, no data sold on.
Fields submitted: name, company (optional), email address, phone (optional), project type and message.
Technical data attached to the submission: country inferred from your IP address, and your browser's user agent, for security and anti-spam purposes. We do not store the IP address itself.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: your consent, given via the form's checkbox, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Processors
Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting and the Turnstile anti-bot service. Turnstile inspects browser signals to tell a human from an automated script; it sets no advertising cookie and does not follow you across other sites.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the email the form produces.
Neither processor uses your data for its own purposes.
Transfers outside Morocco
The processors above run infrastructure in, among other places, the United States and the European Union. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and those providers' contractual commitments.
Retention
Messages received are kept for [[TO COMPLETE]] (period to be set; 3 years from last contact is a common choice), then deleted.
The site builds no database: the form produces an email and nothing more.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your data, and the right to data portability.
To exercise these, write to contact@codevo-consulting.com. You may also complain to the CNDP in Morocco, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS. API keys are never exposed to the browser.
Form submissions are validated server-side and the resulting email travels over an encrypted connection.
